Old Town White Coffee, Malaysia’s largest white coffee café chain, will begin its expansion in Cambodia next year. It entered into a Master License Agreement with Biniton Food & Beverage Company Limited on December 14. It is scheduled to open its first Cambodian outlet in Phnom Penh in the first half of 2018. The group will primarily be concentrating on establishing a presence in the city and plans to open 30 outlets in Cambodia within 10 years.

Bun Kheam, the Managing Director of Biniton, expressed delight and confidence on this new venture: “We see a very promising market for the F&B industry given our country’s economic growth and coffee culture trend. Despite there being many western-style coffee shops in Phnom Penh offering similar products and ambience, we find Old Town White Coffee unique, in that the proprietary blend of high quality ingredients results in a richer aroma and taste. This unique taste profile has been growing in strength globally, and we are excited to be the first to bring it to the people of Cambodia.”
